Our policies


All orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday from 8:00AM - 3:30PM. Orders placed after 3:30PM will be processed the next business day.

We ship all items via USPS. Items weighing more than 1lb will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail with tracking and include $50.00 insurance. Items less than 1lb will be shipped via USPS First Class Mail and will include tracking.

FREE USPS Priority Shipping with all orders over 10lbs.

damages and returns

 All orders are thoroughly inspected before they are packed and shipped in an effort to ensure your items arrive safely.  We kindly ask that you inspect your order upon receiving it. In the event that items are damaged during transit, we ask that you contact us within two business days. Please snap a photo of your damaged package or goods and email us at sales@865candlecompany.com, please include your order number. We will handle this promptly.

If you have a problem with a product purchased in a retail store, please return the product to the store directly. We do not accept returns for orders that were not purchased directly from us.

Returns are only accepted on products that are in new and unused condition. If you have an issue with your candle after you have begun burning, please contact us with details of the concerns. We will do our best to make everything just right. Thank you for choosing 865 Candle Company.
