Help us light the night in memory of Courtney Guenther
Courtney’s family and KJ’s family have been friends since the early 80’s (before Courtney was even born). When KJ heard the news that Courtney’s Leukemia was back for a 2nd time, she knew she had to do something. Since KJ works for the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society she provided her with all of the numbers and sites that would assist her and her family through this tough time. KJ also created a team for the annual Light the Night Walk in honor of Courtney called “Courtney’s Knock Outs”. Just 3 short weeks after creating this team and showing Courtney the team’s logo, which she loved, she passed away. KJ has since recruited several friends and family members to help raise awareness and money to help find a cure for blood cancers. KJ’s 8 year old daughter Londyn has been a huge help in raising money for Courtney’s Knock Outs. She says, “There is a cure out there and we are going to help raise money to find it! “
The proceeds for this fundraiser will go directly to The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society via Light the Night walk in Courtney’s name. Please help Courtney’s Knock Outs knock leukemia out for good.
